Our Authority now has the capability for you to set up a customer portal! By signing up for the SBWJA Customer Portal you will be able to view, print, and pay your bills online. You will also be able to view your bill, payment and usage history. Please review the following document and click the site listed below to set up your portal today!

In-Home Inspections Required
In-Home Inspections Required For All Property Transfers
In the past we have not re-inspected homes that were previously inspected; however, this has proven to be inadequate as some homes have had these illegal connections reconnected to our public sanitary sewer system. As a result and effective immediately, our Authority will complete a full in-home inspection on every property prior to any transfer of ownership. This will allow us to assign additional fees to the prior owner if these illegal connections are reattached to our sanitary system.

Pay for the Year
Save 5% off of your sewer bill by paying for the year any quarter of your cycle. Contact us at the office for additional information at 814.355.4778.
Waste Oil Collection
We still accept waste oil (used motor oil) at our Authority office. Please contact the office at 355-4778 if you need further details.
Direct Payment
Interested in having your sewer bill directly debited from your bank account? If so, please complete an authorization form, attach a voided check and return both to our office for enrollment. This process usually takes one billing cycle before becoming effective. For more details, please contact our office at 814-355-4778.
